The factory compound, in need of complete renovation was built around 1900 and was vacant since the mid 1980s. It is mostly in original condition and features many historical details.

Transformation and Utilization

The factory compound is still in need of complete renovation. The 1000 m² property offers possibilities to build a penthouse with an unblocked panoramic view across Berlin. Based on our concepts and preliminary planning, the building will be shaped and developed by the future occupier itself, a Berlin based agency for product design.

The vacated factory compound is located in the district Berlin-Mitte near the Chausseestrasse.
